Energy Benchmarking and Diagnosis

Challenge
Perform benchmarking within Sicredi's branch portfolio, as well as conduct on-site and remote energy diagnostics using the Energy Brain tool. Based on this analysis, a CAPEX and OPEX energy efficiency guide was developed.
Mitsidi Performance
Conducting two benchmarks, the first covering all branches nationwide, totaling over 2,000 units, and the second focusing on one of the cooperatives, with 78 units. For both, statistical evaluations were constructed to understand the most significant elements for benchmarking, with an assessment of each unit's efficiency level.
Results

Benchmark equations for different typologies;
In-person diagnostics to calibrate results.
